    Extremely poor customer service skills, talked down to 3 business owners, did not understand why we would need a test print for a stock that we had never seen or used before. Gave us inflated minimum print quantity which contradicted the industry standard and franchise standards.

    Other snap franchises were much more willing to accommodate such a basic and common request. Even office works understood why someone would need to do a test print.
